AU Domestic Shipping

Any purchase over $80 consists of free shipping within Australia only. Any purchase below $80 consists of standard shipping at the cost of $12 and express shipping at the cost of $18.

International Shipping.

Any purchase over $120 consists of free shipping. Any purchase below $120, has a flat rate shipping cost of $20. 

Returns Policy

Products that have been opened are unable to be returned. If there is any damage upon delivery please contact us and we will provide further assistance.

If you are unhappy with your crystal products, please contact us within 30 days and we can arrange a refund. 

If you have ordered the incorrect item and require a refund within the same day please contact us to arrange this. 

If you are unhappy with a product, please provide us with feedback as to how you think we could improve on the product.

All aromatherapy products are hand made from pure essential oils, all packages have been provided with a safety sheet advising how to safely use essential oils. The information is also accessible on our social media pages. 

Please note in the unlikely event of a slight reaction to a product, please discontinue use.

Products are for external use only and not to be ingested.

As Aromatherapy products are used on the [person] we are unable to refund these products, however please contact us to arrange an alternative option, as we are happy to ship out another item that will be a better fit for you.
